CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Scientific Communication srl. Cancellations received prior to 10 December 2024 will be entitled to a full refund minus any expenses (e.g. bank charges) and EUR 20 for cancellation fee. Later cancellations will not be refundend. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
